HOW DID YOU MEET?

“Like all great love stories… it started at the local pub on a Friday night. We were both in the bar line, waiting to be served, when we started chatting, and that was it. From that moment on, we seemed to run into each other everywhere around Darwin, at work, the shops, the gym, and of course.. back at the pub.

Eventually, we took the hint that the universe was clearly trying to tell us something, and the rest is history.”

HOW DID YOU POP THE QUESTION?

“Exactly one year ago (to our wedding day), we were driving through the Denali National Park in Alaska when we stopped to take in the incredible mountain views. That’s when Corey decided to propose, for the first time. In true Indy fashion, she may or may not have screamed, “We’re married!” instead of “We’re engaged!” but that’s a minor detail.

From that moment on, Corey made it his mission to get extra confirmation. At every beautiful spot we stopped for the rest of the trip, he kept asking… and asking… and asking again, just to make sure the answer was definitely still yes. Safe to say, she never changed her answer.”
